Journey with Shannon Pty Ltd (ABN 82 693 968 115) ships from Queensland, Australia.

Where we ship

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand, and internationally to the United Kingdom and Brazil. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout using Australia Post's live rates for your delivery address and the parcel being sent. The exact cost is shown to you before you complete payment. We do not add a handling fee on top.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are packed and dispatched from Queensland. Australian and New Zealand orders are sent with Australia Post; international orders are sent via Australia Post International. A tracking number is emailed to you once the parcel is scanned into the carrier's network.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been lodged, and re-delivery of a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a further shipping charge.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are shown at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees. Metropolitan Australian deliveries arrive fastest; regional Australia, New Zealand and international deliveries take longer. Delivery times extend during peak periods such as Christmas, and during carrier disruptions outside our control.

International orders, duties and taxes

Prices are charged in Australian dollars. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. These are set by your own country's authorities, and we have no way to calculate or pay them in advance.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has stopped updating or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email contact@journeywithshannon.com with your order number. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and stay with it until it is resolved.
