What does JWS sell?

Official Journey With Shannon clothing and merch. JWS began with men's swim briefs and has now expanded into JOURNEY gym wear, oversized tees and everyday apparel. New products and drops land here first.

How do I get my size right?

Start with the size guide and check the measurements on the individual product page. Sizing can vary between JWS Swimwear and JOURNEY apparel. Our swimwear has a close athletic fit, while selected JOURNEY tees are designed with an oversized silhouette. If you're between sizes or still unsure, email me at contact@journeywithshannon.com before ordering and I'll help you choose.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union and selected international destinations. Product availability can vary by location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order, so you'll see the exact cost before payment.

Some products are dispatched directly from Queensland, Australia, while selected JOURNEY apparel is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partners and may ship from a different location. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Full details are available on the shipping and returns page.

Can I return something?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition with all tags attached. For swimwear, the hygiene liner must also remain intact.

Selected JOURNEY apparel is made to order using a print-on-demand process, so change-of-mind returns and exchanges may not be available on those products. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

How do I look after my order?

Care instructions vary by product. For JWS swimwear, rinse in cool fresh water after swimming, wash cold, avoid fabric softener and dry flat in the shade. For JOURNEY apparel, follow the care instructions on the product page or garment label. Direct-to-garment printed apparel is generally best washed cold and inside out, with high heat avoided.

How can I pay?

Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and other supported express payment options. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers; JWS does not receive your full card details.

Something's sold out — will it come back?

Some products may be restocked, while others may be limited releases. Print-on-demand products are generally produced when ordered, but individual colours, sizes or styles can still become unavailable through our fulfilment partners. Join the email list on the homepage for restocks, new releases and upcoming drops.

What does print on demand mean?

Selected JOURNEY apparel is made specifically for your order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partners. These items are produced after you order, often using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, rather than being held as pre-printed stock. This can mean additional production time before your order is shipped.

Will all products ship together?

Not always. Because some JWS products are stocked in Queensland and selected JOURNEY apparel is fulfilled through print-on-demand partners, items from the same order may be produced and shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number or delivery.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees depending on your destination and how the order is fulfilled. Where these charges aren't collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer on import. See the shipping and returns page for more information.

Is the store all there is to JWS?
