Shipping & returns
We ship across Australia and New Zealand. Every order is dispatched from Australia within one business day of being placed. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery.

All orders include tracking. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT (Brisbane time) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Public holidays may delay dispatch by one business day. We don't ship on weekends.
International shipping
At this stage we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. International shipping is in our plans — sign up to the newsletter at the bottom of the page to hear when we expand.
Returns & exchanges
We offer free 30-day returns on all orders shipped within Australia. New Zealand customers cover return postage but receive a full refund or exchange.
What can be returned
- Unworn items (try-ons over underwear are fine)
- Unwashed items
- All original tags attached
- Hygiene liner intact
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
What can't be returned
- Items marked "Final sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had the hygiene liner removed
- Gift cards
How to return
- Email contact@journeywithshannon.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (AU) or instructions (NZ)
- Pack the item securely with all tags and hygiene liner intact
- Drop the parcel at any Australia Post location (or NZ Post for New Zealand orders)
- We'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days of receipt
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 3–5 business days before the refund appears in your account.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that's faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping (Australia and New Zealand) and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
