Orders placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT (Brisbane time) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends go out the next business day.
Public holidays may delay dispatch by one business day. We don't ship on weekends.

Free 30-day returns for Australian orders. New Zealand customers cover return postage but receive a full refund or exchange.

- We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid label (AU) or instructions (NZ)
- Pack securely with all tags and hygiene liner intact
- Drop at any Australia Post or NZ Post location
- Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
