Welcome to Journey with Shannon. By accessing or using our website at journeywithshannon.com (the "Site") or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About us

Journey with Shannon Pty Ltd (ABN 82 693 968 115) ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian-based premium men's swimwear brand registered in Queensland. Our store is operated through Shopify and ships to customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site with the supervision of a parent or guardian
  • The information you provide is accurate and current
  • You will use the site for lawful purposes only

Products and pricing

All product prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Journey with Shannon Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST, and prices do not include GST. New Zealand customers will be charged in AUD; their bank or card provider will handle the conversion.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice
  • Correct errors in pricing or product information
  • Limit order quantities
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues)

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Until then, we may decline or modify your order.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • AfterPay (subject to AfterPay's terms)
  • Zip Pay (subject to Zip's terms)

By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge it for the full order amount, including shipping.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are detailed on our Shipping Policy page.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, contact us at contact@journeywithshannon.com.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, product images, text, designs, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Journey with Shannon Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The "JWS" mark, the "Journey with Shannon" name, and our logo are trademarks of Journey with Shannon Pty Ltd.

User-generated content

If you post content on our site or social media (reviews, photos, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm the content is original, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and isn't unlawful.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and other information on the site are accurate. However, we don't warrant that all information is error-free. Colours may appear slightly different on screens compared to in person.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journey with Shannon Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products.
