Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of journeywithshannon.com and to any order you place with us. The site is operated by Journey with Shannon Pty Ltd (ABN 82 693 968 115), a company registered in Queensland, Australia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — if the item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers; we do not see or store your card details.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at that price.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including measurements and materials. Colours can look different between screens, and garment measurements have a small tolerance from one item to the next. Stock is limited and items may sell out without notice.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping, delivery estimates and international duties are covered in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

Returns and refunds are covered in our return and refund policy, which also forms part of these terms.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to scrape or copy the site for commercial purposes.
Our content
The Journey With Shannon name, logo, product designs, photography and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission. You may share our content in the normal way it is meant to be shared on social platforms.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
